Sky Summit Trading P.L.C. is an Ethiopian holding company established in 2026 under the Commercial Code Proclamation 1243/2021 and headquartered in Addis Ababa, with an emerging international hub in Dubai. The Group orchestrates a portfolio of subsidiaries in fintech, insurtech, SACCO software, digital marketplaces, software solutions, and trading, targeting more than ETB 100 billion in combined addressable markets and over 13.7 million users in Ethiopia’s financial ecosystem.

As a pure holding entity, Sky Summit Group focuses on governance, capital allocation, and strategy, while its subsidiaries manage day‑to‑day delivery. This structure isolates risk at subsidiary level and enables shared services (HR, IT, legal, compliance, and infrastructure) to drive efficiency and regulatory adherence across the Group.
